What do I need to do to activate payment or access functions?
Payment functions are activated according to the issuing bank's process. For The Ring issued with VIB, The Ring is already linked to the customer's VIB credit card, so the customer only needs to activate the VIB card according to VIB's instructions. Access permissions are registered according to each building's process through Many Touches or the Building Management Office.
What should I do if I lose The Ring?
For payment, contact your issuing bank immediately to lock or deactivate the card linked to The Ring. For access control, contact the Building Management Office or the relevant access-system provider to deactivate the associated access permissions.
