How do I choose the right size for The Ring?
You can use a measuring tape or measure the diameter of an existing ring to determine your finger size. Then select the corresponding size based on our size chart.

Is The Ring covered by warranty?
Yes. The Ring is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date you receive the product for defects within the applicable warranty scope. Please keep the product packaging and your VIB card information for support.
Do I have to pay any extra fees for The Ring, and can I exchange or return it?
The Ring is a completely free gift when you successfully open a VIB Max Card credit card according to the program's conditions. You are entitled to a free exchange within 7 days if the delivered product does not match the registered information; for size exchanges due to personal needs, the exchange fee will apply according to VIB's current policy.

Is my personal data safe when using The Ring?
Customer information related to The Ring is handled and protected in accordance with the privacy and personal data protection policies of VIB and Many Touches. Information is only used and exchanged where necessary to operate the program, support the use of The Ring, process warranty or exchange requests, and handle related customer inquiries.
What should I do if I lose my The Ring?
For payment, please contact VIB immediately to lock or deactivate the card linked to The Ring. For access control, please contact the Building Management Office or the relevant access-system provider to deactivate the associated access permissions.
