How can I activate or manage The Ring?
Activation depends on the functions enabled for your Ring. For VIB payment, The Ring is already linked to the customer's VIB credit card. Customers only need to activate the linked VIB card according to VIB's instructions. For access control, permissions may be registered through the Many Touches app or with the Building Management Office, depending on the individual building or project. What after-sales support does Many Touches provide?
Many Touches provides product support, technical assistance, and warranty support within its area of responsibility. For VIB-issued The Ring: ● Payment-related issues are handled by VIB. ● Access-control issues are handled by Many Touches and/or the relevant building management.
Is The Ring covered by warranty?
Yes. The Ring is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date the customer receives the product for eligible manufacturing or hardware defects under normal use conditions. Where a defect is confirmed to fall within the warranty scope, The Ring may be replaced free of charge according to the applicable warranty process. View the warranty policy.

What happens to The Ring if my VIB card is locked or deactivated?
The payment function of The Ring depends on the status of the linked VIB card. If the VIB card is locked, deactivated, cancelled, or otherwise unable to process transactions, The Ring cannot be used for payment. Access-control functions are managed separately and are not automatically affected by the status of the linked bank card.
Are there any fees for changing ring size?
For The Ring issued under the VIB program: If the delivered size does not match the size registered by the customer, the eligible exchange is free of charge. If the correct size was delivered but the customer wishes to change to another size for personal reasons, an exchange fee of VND 800,000 per exchange applies (VAT included) under the current VIB policy. The applicable fee will be charged to the VIB credit card account linked to The Ring.
